1. Acceptance of Analytical Terms

By accessing speakit.top or utilizing the SpeakIT Climate AI modeling interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you—whether as an individual or acting on behalf of a provincial or municipal policy body—and SpeakIT Climate AI, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.

If you do not agree with any part of these provisions, you must immediately terminate usage of our research solutions and analytical tools. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Intellectual Property & AI Proprietary Rights

All content, algorithms, synthetic datasets, and predictive neural weighting systems hosted on this platform are the exclusive property of SpeakIT Climate AI. This includes, but is not limited to, the architectural structure of our hyper-local Canadian climate models and the visualization logic used to present environmental telemetry.

  • 2.1 Model Protection: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the base parameters of our AI research tools for the purpose of training third-party generative systems.
  • 2.2 Output Licensing: Reports and data visualizations generated specifically for a client under a Research Services Agreement are licensed to that specific entity. Public domain usage of proprietary SpeakIT visualizations requires prior written consent.

3. Regional Usage Constraints

SpeakIT Climate AI specializes in the translation of environmental telemetry into policy foresight for the Canadian landscape. The following restrictions apply to all platform interactions:

Automated Extraction

High-frequency scraping or automated data extraction of our regional data update notes is prohibited without a dedicated API enterprise license.

Misrepresentation

Users may not present SpeakIT AI probability ranges as absolute certainties or official government mandates.

Safety_Buffer: Probability_Thresholds

4. Scientific Disclaimers & Liability

Our solutions rely on "Validation Protocol 4.1," which cross-references satellite spectral data with ground-based sensor arrays. While our regional parameter tuning aims for hyper-local accuracy, climate modeling involves inherent stochastic variables.

Exclusion of Warranty

SpeakIT Climate AI provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not represent any government agency and are an independent research firm. All regional strategic foresight delivered is intended as a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of climate phenomena.

Algorithmic Accountability

We prioritize data integrity over predictive sensationalism. Our regional sensor inputs undergo bi-annual verification to ensure that every policy recommendation is grounded in peer-reviewed environmental datasets.
