2. Intellectual Property & AI Proprietary Rights

- 2.2 Output Licensing: Reports and data visualizations generated specifically for a client under a Research Services Agreement are licensed to that specific entity. Public domain usage of proprietary SpeakIT visualizations requires prior written consent.
3. Regional Usage Constraints

High-frequency scraping or automated data extraction of our regional data update notes is prohibited without a dedicated API enterprise license.
